excuse me,
i was wondering how long it would take for my 4 year old pom to give birth?
is it normal for her to dig holes in her bed aswell?

The digging and rooting around is normal nesting behavior for before an during labor. As for how long it will take no one can tell you that. It depends on so many things, how many pups, if shes ever had pups before, if any get stuck, if she gets to tired...But if there is more then 2 hours since the last pup and you know there is another one in there you should take her to the vet.
