I have a 2 year old toy male pom and a female that is 1 year 8 month..for some reason they dont look too interested in breeding..wats wrong?

First off there is no such thing as a toy sized pom. Secondly is the female even in heat right now? If she is then sometimes there will eb several days that they show no interest but the dogs know when the time is exactly right and eventually one day they will suddenly show interest and get the job done. A heat cycle can last a whole month sometimes so from the start to ovulation there can be quite a gap. You should educate yourself all about breeding and whelping before you breed though.
