DOG IS HAVING PUPPIES TODAY AND IS THERE ANYTHING TO WATCH OUT FOR WHEN THEY ARE DELIVERING THEM

Too many things to mention! I would recommend you taking her to a vet after she delivers for an Xray to may sure she has delivered them all. You also need to count placentas to make sure she has passed them all. Moniter her temperature constantly for 4 to 5 days after delivery to make sure she does not have a post whelping infection.
