My minischnauzer has an excessive amount of bumps on his back, some very large in size. I have been treating him with an alcohol application nightly. One has burst open and was bleeding. Is there anything else I can do to help him?

Have you tried antibiotic ointment. It works great for sores. I use it whenever my dog has a sore

What does your vet say they are and what is his recommendation?

I would take him to your vet. Also what are you feeding? A cheap feed can cause all sorts of skin allergies.
