A Visitor asked the following question on 8/28/2007
1.I just got a puppy a week ago the dad is a Shih Tzu and the mom is a schnauzer and am just trying to get an idea of how big she might get since she is mixed.
2. mom is black and dad is white and silver my pup is almost all brown with very little white and silver will her color change ?

If the parents of the Schnauzer is in the standard range, mom bein around 12-14# and dad being in the Shih Tzu range of about 14# your puppy will probably be somewhere in the are of about 12-14#. Her color mishg lighten up a little bit and you might see more of the silver com in to her. But, she should change drastically. Hope this helps.
