Unfortunatly, if your puppy is smaller in size, or younger than 8 weeks, the liver possibly does not process glucose yet. You must continue to supplement with NutriCal and feed at least 4 meals a day. Follow your vets recommendations and contact the breeder immediatly to let them know of the problem. Your breeder should be willing and able to answer your questions for the life of your puppy.
