does a miniatuer pinscher that is black tan have white chest and white mittens? does that mean it is mixed with something or can that be pure breed .

A Miniature Pinscher that carries the recessive gene "gg" can have white on him. This however excludes him from conformation shows if the longest dimension of any white part exceeds 1/2 inch.
