hei..., i own a 6 month old female minpin, she only 8" inch high! My question is? can my minpin grown higher or later be come a minpin with a standart size? How high she can be maximum for the future? & what kind of food i need to feed her to grown normally to get the standard size of a minpin? thank u so much....

12/5/06 If she is small there is not much you can do to get her in size sometimes they are just "small" 10 inches is the beginning of the "standard" and yes a minpin can grow later (ive had them grow as late as a year 1/2) but if she is only 8 inches at the shoulder now I wouldnt hold my breath that she would make 10 inches as at that age I wouldnt expect more than an inch MAYBE two of more growth. Most females are done growing at 6 months of age. Hope that helps! angela
