Do you have to wait until your min pin goes into heat to breed her

Yes, the dog has to be in heat in order to be bred. You should also wait until at least the second heat cycle to breed your dog to allow your dogs body to mature. You should also read up on and learn about the breeding process and think about why you want to breed before you breed your min pin.
