my min pin is 14 weeks and her skin is flaking what can i do at home for her?

Min pins have sensitive skin. Try giving her a bath in an oatmeal based puppy shampoo to ease the dry skin. Groom her with a grooming hand mitt to help stimulate her natural oils in her skin once or twice a day. This should help.
