HOW CAN I TELL IF MY TWO MONTH OLD MALTESE CAN HEAR I HAVE CONCERNS HE CANT HEAR

Ask your vet. Your dog should respond to sound stimuli. If you can't determine that he can hear of not, there could be underlying problems such as infection. See your vet.
