Toys Toys Toys. I also like to give my puppies Booda Velvet Bones or a product called Greenies. You can get these items at Petsmart or any market place that carries pet supplies. You must always supervise when a Puppy or dog is chewing on a bone of any kind. To watch for choking hazrads. When the bone is widdled away to a smaller size thow it away and start with a new one.

Teething appears in 3 stages: pin teeth, tooth loss and jaw-setting phase (up to 2-3 years old!)...give pressed rawhide bones, good quality chew hooves and heavy duty soft toys...inspect toys after play to check for tearing and unstuffing of soft toys. Discard hard chew bones when they are under 2".Ice cubes can be a soothing treat during tooth loss and breaking of gums by adult teeth.
