I want to know if this will change as she grows older, her eyes are blue and her skin is pink on her face around her eyes... is this unusual???

It is not the color of eye that we want to see in a Lhasa. It is not the standard, but it may mean she just does not have good pigment. She will not grow out of it no. If you are concerned you should have here checked by a vet. My guess is it is not a health concern.
