My Lhasa also has brown spots on her belly. Mine is white with blonde parti colors. What color is yours? Mine has been to the vet several times and I think she would have told me if there was a problem so I think you're ok.

Lhasa frequently have pigment 'spots' on the skin all over the body. This is most visible on the belly 'cause there ain't much hair! Some adult pigment can expand over time and cover the entire skin! If there is no itching, scaling, scabbing, don't bother too much about the freckles.
