i have a two year old Lhasa apso why is he becoming agressive towards my five year old basset, it has just started to get worse over the past two weeks

How do these dogs interact??Does basset 'bait' the lhasa (they hate to be teased by anyone!).Are these 2 intact males? How did you introduce the puppy? How old was the pup when you obtained him?Have you caused any favoritism, is the lhasa becoming possessive of you? Please seek advice of a qualified trainer who can come to your home and see everyone together and help you reshape this situation.
