You could try muzzling her and pulling a little hair out every night untill they are clear. Short of putting her under to have them down their is not much else you can do. This is why it is so improtant to get them use to it when they are young. Good luck

Hair pulling on any body part is painful. Does your dog get yeast or bacterial infections????Yeast infections can be helped by hypo-allergenic diet (ask your vet to provide) and by adding acidophilus to her meals.Use a muzzle and a firm but gentle hug from behind when you clean the ears with a vet-quality cleaner.Do this when you are calm and resolute, before meals.Wipe ears gently--do not dig.Hair is not the true problem.

I have been a professional handler and master groomer for over 15years and it is common practice to pluck hair out of the ears of many breeds, just ask any master groomer around.
