I am considering a purchase of a Lab puppy that is from the Kellogg Bloodline....What does that mean?

That just means the dog's parents or ancestors were from the Kellogg kennel. You can tell the bloodlines by looking at the pedigree (name of the parents, grandparents, etc.)
