Depending upon what part of the country you live in the price can range from 1200 to 2000 dollars.
A reputable breeder will be able to provide you with all of the pertinent health test results and a contract spelling out the conditions of the sale.

I agree with the previous response. The average price range at this time is 1500-1800. If you find a puppy for less that this price, I would suggest that you make sure and see documentation of the parent's health testing, check out the puppy's home and health care, etc. If the breeder is doing things properly to make sure that you have the best chance of getting a healthy pet, they would not be able to sell for less that this. Also, they should provide a 100% guarantee
