We all like to think we are top breeders :)
Look for breeders who have OFA/Penn Hip certified Dames and sires. OFA will not "officially" certify a dog until it is two years old (past it's growing stage), Penn Hip is good anytime after 4 mo.s. Look for breeders who offer at least "two year" Genetic Health guarantee (covers hips) on their pups.
