You should not breed closer than 3-2 or 2-3. This means one dog's grand-parent is the other dog's great-grand-parent. Anything closer than that is considered inbreeding, not line-breeding. I hope this helps.

Also if you do not know your dogs line I wouldn't breed either.

you are asking for problems , breeding that close,
i dont like to get any closer than 3 gen back, i prefer 4 though.
when breeding that close you will get both good and bad traits, so its best to really know your lines.
