Blue color is very very rare, the reason is that FCI doesn't recognize this color , i don't know for AKC.

AKC does not recognize the color either. A beautiful color, as is the liver or the black/fawn's but not recognized by AKC. Beautiful all the same though. Perhaps one day AKC will make note to beauty.

AKC still does not recognize the Blue colored French Bulldogs, maybe someday. I personally find them striking and am starting to offer the little blue beauties from our breeding program.
