ARE Spaniel is 6 months about how much should we be feeding, without over feeding?

Depending on the structure,size and activity .
Your breeder or Vet. are able to help .My own 9 house Springer's get 21/2 to 4 cups of Eagle pack Kibble with a tablespoon of Eagle can in the AM feeding and just the Eagle Pack kibble in the PM .
Water mixed with the kibble .
The pups go out to new homes with the Eagle pack puppy kibble .The owners and dogs like this with no complaints and usually stay on EaglePack through their life's .
Pups only stay on the puppy food till 8 to 9 months old .By that time they are on EaglePack adult kibble .With little or no extra snacks .Snacks are only the healthiest if any .
