You can either charge a fee of at least puppy price that you would charge for a pup, or take pick of the litter as your fee. Make sure you get your male tested for Brucella at your veterinarian's office and make sure that the female is tested also. This test runs about $50-$70 depending on your vet. It is very important as Brucella can kill your dog, the female all the pups and can wipe out a whole kennel. Some vets will tell you it is not necessary, but it is better to be safe than sorry.
