I have a 8 month old male wiener puppy and he has some really big testicles, but does not seem to be in any pain or anything like that and I was just wondering if this is normal or what could be wrong?

I'm sure you heard this reply by now, but don't worry about testicle size. Unless he is a show dog, he should have been neutered at 4-6 months of age.
