is my doggie a dapple (black and silver) patchy and one blue eye.
if i had to breed her, is this with another dapple or not
how can i protect her ito the back problems
my puppy has just had puppy strangles, will the hair around the eye grow back and will she catch it again or pass it on.

Yes you puppy is a dapple.
No don't breed her to another dapple or you can have health issues with the puppies (blind, deaf, malformed).
Don't teach her to jump up on furniture, leaping from furniture can cause back injuries. Keeping her at a good weight and not overfeeding will help also. Carrots and green beans (frozen work fine) are great treats and no fat. Over weight dachshunds are more prone to IVDD (back problems).
I'm sorry but I can't help you on the puppy strangle question, I would advise you to consult with your vet.
