she is white and dapple.. is ther any vet who could help her deafness?

She sounds like a double dapple. I'm sorry but there is nothing you can do about her deafness. She most likely was born this way because her breeder bred 2 dapples together, which causes birth defects. Being deaf or blind, and sometimes both, are direct problems related to breeding two dapples together. Just be thankful she is not also blind. Although there's nothing that can be done, you shouldnt worry, she will adjust just fine and act just like any other dog. Good luck and God Bless.
