My dushound had her puppies c-section, the night we brang her home our other female went and took 1 of her puppies and ate its head and fromt legs. She is only 3 weeks pregnet. Because she had sone this can I trust her with her own puppies when she has them.

She may try to eat her own puppies also; it won't be the first or last dog to try so. If she is adamant about eating them, you will need to raise them yourself as anyone breeding should be prepared to do. On the other note, she may not try to eat her own as after she delivers, she will understand her own; however, that doesn't mean that she will not try to kill or eat another litter that doesn't belong to her.
