Do runts of the liter seem to have more health problems? Do runts usually grow up to be bigger than one of his sibblings that are normal size when born?

Not usually but it depends. Are they showing signs of anything at the moment? Runts always stay small and do not grow bigger than their sibblings nor do they usually catch up to them in size. Make sure not to breed them.
