My mini dachshund is given to false pregnancies (with milk and everything). This time I took her to the vet to be inseminated (once). She stopped jumping up on the couch and I think her belly is a bit rounder. What are the chances of this being a real pregnancy?

I would take her to the vet and have an ultrasound if she is less greater than two wks from whelping. If she is less than two wks from whelping than you can have an xray done and it will tell you if she is expecting or not.
