I have a male Black & Tan Piebald and a Cho and Tan female and was wondering which is dominate color I can except my puppies to be?

Well, you will only get Piebald pups if your Choc/tan female carries Piebald too. And you will only get choc/tan pups if your Piebald male carries choc/tan. If neither carry, then you will get reds and black/tan that carry for Piebald and choc/tan. If either parent "carries" the other color or pattern, you can get that too. But I have seen a Piebald come out of a litter where the Piebald gene was carried 4-5 generations back. So you might get lucky...
