I have bred a male ACA dachshund with my female AKC, can I still register the pups under AKC I emailed AKC, but 2 months now and still no answer????

No you will not be able to. AKC is a very tight nit company. Basicly if your dog is not born into AKC it will not be AKC. Your best bet is CKC. They are wonderful to work with, no hassels.
