Well I just got a pup its 7 weeks old and we call his name and he looks around like he cant see or hear right i dont if its because he is still a puppy can someone please help thanks

You might want to question his breeder to see what they have to say. Part of it is probably the fact he's still a pup, part because he is new to your home, but he should listen when you call him, no matter whether he knows his name or not. If this continues, I recommend taking him to your vet for testing.
