I had both of my dobies ears cropped at 12 weeks and there about 6 months old now and both of there ears do not stand up. Is there a way to fix this or is it to late?

After cropping you should have been posting the ears to make them stand. if you didn't do this, or stopped too soon, that is the cause of them flopping now. At 6 months if the ears are completely down you may never get them up, but if they just tip out or are a bit weak you may get them up by re-posting the ears.
