A Visitor asked the following question on 6/25/2006
the are growing curved like a bull dog.
it has been this way since 8 weeks. we changed the food to large breed puppy 2 weeks ago.
and been to vets and orthopedists. no one knows what is wrong or can correct this
the breeder has never seen this in 30 years.
he walks and runs fine. but his legs are
very curved, like ricketts. please help!

Try reducing the protein in his food. Too much protein can cause the legs to bow.

Backing off all the nutrition and lowering the protien should resolve the problem. The legs will straighten back up in a few weeks. Good Luck.
