A Visitor asked the following question on 2/17/2006
I'm looking at buying a doberman and I keep seeing (we do not breed for the Z factor) what are they talking about?

2/18/06 Z factor is the white factor and a genetic setback. White dobermans have serious health problems and most GOOD breeders will avoid producing any dog that is sub-standard than a good healthy doberman, and will avoid breeding to any dog with z factor in it. Once you breed to a z factor dog, all puppies in that litter are registered as z factor dogs, even if the other parent is clear. It is a fault and sub-standard in the breed. Lisa and Ernie
