Are Cavalier King Charles Spaniels considered to be hyper allergenic?

Cavaliers are a breed that sheds, so they would NOT be considered hypoallergenic. A Poodle and a Bichon or two breeds that I can think of that do not shed and are considered hypoallergenic. There are probably some other breeds as well.
