my 4yr old bitch has only recently started fouling the house with pee and poo why? shes normally such a clean dog this has been going on for about 1, month.

I would take the dog in to a vet for evaluation. She may have an infection or problem that needs to be addressed. Also, evaluate whether there have been any out-of-the ordinary stressors, and see what you can do to help eliminate these.
