Hi, I keep my guys out till it's 15-20 degrees - they each have insulated igloo doghouses and heated water dishes. Below that - I feel it's way too cold. Also, my kennels are sheltered from the wind. They love the cold weather and laying right in snow mounds - they're a tough breed.

Remember, these guys are bred to go through the Icy waters. If you have a dog with excellent coat, then they can withstand it til it is very low. As long as they have something to get into to get away from the wind, then they can tolerate very cold conditions. THe main thing is to make sure they are adapted to the cold and have the coats to withstand it.
