I would first have her checked by a good vet. See if she has any other problems causing her not to gain weight. If not I would ask his advice as she may need a special diet for awhile to build her back up to what she should be.

I would recommend having the pup checked for parasites, and have some bloodwork done. If every thing is ok, then I would gradually switch foods to Hill's Growth, until the weight is put on then slowly and gradually switch foods from Hill's Growth to Hill's Maintance.
