What is a safe amount of times to breed a chihuahua dog?

There is no "safe" number of times to breed your girl. Every breeding is a risk. You could run into problems and require a C-section or even lose your girl just as easily with a first litter as with a 10th litter.
There is no magic number. It depends on the size of the litters and the health and condition of your female. Your vet can advise you. It is extremely important to spay your female when you are not going to bred her.
