If the dog has yet to loose his baby teeth, yes. Dogs rae like humans in that they have two sets of teeth. Most the time you never see the lost teeth because the dogs usually eats it. But it is perfectly normal for a dog to loose baby teeth.

puppie teeth are usually gone in chihuahuas by 10 months old.one of my females just lost her last puppy tooth and she's 9 months old.
