We are trying to get the 2 together. She is all for it, and he doesn't. Does it take them some time to get used to each other, or is there something we can do? Should I take it that he doesn't like her?

During the heat cycle there is only a few days that a female is receptive. The male know when. It is usually around day 10 in her cycle. You need to read up on this BEFORE breeding.
