A Visitor asked the following question on 1/4/2007
I have a 17 week old Chihuahua, who has been getting rashes, covering the whole inside of her ears. The rash is there one minute and gone the next. I recently purchased this hydrocortisone spray. I haven't used it yet, because a couple of people I know said they used it on their dogs, and it caused quite a bit of stinging. I've had others tell me it worked with no problems on their dogs. I don't want to cause the baby anymore discomfort or pain than she's already in. The vet told me to use Benedryl Cream which I did try and it doesn't help. Have you had any experiences with this particular brand? I don't know if I should take a chance using this, in fear of causing further problems, or if I should use something else. Thanks!

My vet recommends "Relief" spray. It is safe enough for your own skin if you get a sunburn. It is mainly omega oil. You buy it from a vet. (Possibly in a pet supply store.)
