Yes I am sure his ears will come up.Maybe he is teething when puppies are teething there ears flop.But if his ears do not start to come in the next few weeks I would try taping them.I have a male his ears came up around 6 weeks and when he turned 10 weeks the wen't back sown and one of the is still down but it should come soon hope this helps you.

if you have a chi cross or bought from a poor breeder with bad dogs no your ears may never come up. the other breeder is wrong...and from her answers on other questions shes not that bright ...if your dog has never had his ears standing then by 12 wks your most likely not going to have errect ears.
