Wow...you should take her to the vet and have the vet terminate the litter if she is bred. This could quite possibly kill her and her pups, as the pups will be too big to pass, and emergency c-sections are dangerous to perform. The heads of the pups will certainly be a big problem, and if the come breech(which is very common), by the time you decide they are not coming out on their own, precious time has been lost, and that pup will certainly die, then the mom is at higher risk because the one pup is stuck, the others can not pass, and blood loss, dehydration, and the sedation the vet will need to give all add up very iffy...ask your vet, but I'd be very worried.

yes most likely she will need a c-section. I would not risk natural birth no matter who tells me otherwise, if your vet refuses a c-section go to another vet.
