Hair loss is not uncommon in blues. It's called alopecia. To my knowledge there is nothing that can be done. She can live a perfectly normal life ... naked. Do you know if either or both of the parents are blue?

Hair loss is common in poorly bred blues and chocolates.

I am a breeder and have had the same problem with my Blues, Whites, and Chocolate. Another
Breeder told me about MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE INC
for dogs. I have been using the product which
is a vitamin supplement, and have had wonderful
results. It might be worth a try for you as well.

Use fish oil pills not for an extended time since it will have less effect but till hair starts to grow back It may be due to her coming into heat and it common in blue chihuahua's.
