A chihuahua is a chihuahua! The AKC standard says that a chihuahua weighs 6 pounds or less. It says nothing about teacup, tiny, micro or mini. You just have a very small chihuahua. Any breeder who tries to get more by calling his chihuahuas by anything other than a chihuahua is an unethical breeder, broker, puppymill.

if your dog is under 2 lbs its not a chihuahua ...see standard.
