A Visitor asked the following question on 1/4/2005
We have trained our boxer not to jump up, but when company comes over he doesn't listen. He will stop for a moment but then he starts again. How can we stop him from doing this without removing him from the room? Please help.

We use the down command...placing the dog in a down until the excitement of company being in the house has worn off usually works for us.
