Boxers do not carry the genes for black-and-tan coloring (black with fawn paws or legs, like a Doberman or Rottweiler has). It is entirely possible for puppies in a litter to have different sires, so if you know the bitch was bred by a Boxer male, then another male got to her as well. You will need to have the entire litter, the dam, and all possible sires DNA profiled if you want to register the litter.
