I HAVE A FEMALE 8 YEAR OLD BOXER WHO IS RECENTLY HAVING TROUBLE GOING DOWN STAIRS.SHE IS HAVING TROUBLE WITH BALANCE AND ALMOST FALLS .I TOOK HER TO THE VET AND HE SAID SHE HAS A COMMON DISEASE IN BOXER AND THAT SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHERE HE FEET ARE.
HAVE YOU HEARD OF THIS AND IF SO WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR HER?

It may be degenerative myelopathy; a web search should give you tons of information. There is no cure, unfortunately, and it will get worse as time goes on, but there are measures you can take to slow the progression.
